[ST/SU] Regan Torra

The Voth are an old race, not generally inclined to take risks. Torra grew up among her people in the Delta Quadrant, but an accident when she was a teenager got her stranded across the galaxy, in Federation space. An easygoing musician named Greg took her in. He says it wasn't the first time he met an alien stranded far from home.

Today, about a decade later, Torra is a petty officer on the Starfleet ship Rhode Island under Capt. Harry Kim.

Torra is the one character who has existing relationships with existing characters from both franchises (her “cousin” Steven and “uncle” Greg, and her crewmates Kim and Nog.) She worries a lot, which she knows could lead her into bad decisions, but she compensates by putting her trust in others.
