These two reptilian supervillains first met when Zee decided it would be fun to turn the tables on Kelper, and he's been crazy about her ever since. The only thing Kelper likes more than besting someone else - by changing them into something embarassing and vulnerable - is when a worthy opponent is able to get the best of him!
