Deb Morrison was a Starfleet counselor in the 24th century.

Morrison was born and raised in Seattle. She graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2359 and served in an operations role for several years before her commanding officer suggested she become a Starfleet counselor.

In 2398, at the age of 64, Morrison was presumed dead when her shuttlecraft fell apart while in transit to a Federation planet. In reality, after the shuttle had started to come apart, an unknown Sorquine had entered and "assimilated" Morrison, turning her into a Sorquine so she could survive the vacuum of space. She was picked up three hours later by the USS Paramaribo. Later that year, she was assigned to the Paramaribo as its counselor.

Her parents were still alive as of 2405 and living on Earth.
