A solider undertook a quest to find an underwater dragon. He went through dozens of curses until he would up in the form of a malleable squishy blob. Once he finally finds the dragon, it can do whatever it wants to him, like filling him up with water, nailing him to a boulder, or stretching him into a long tube.
But his goal isn't to kill the dragon, but to meet it and learn from it. And no matter what the dragon does, it can't get rid of him.
