While in inventory:
- Grants skill Racket of Solm- Grants support bonuses with Timerra- Builds support with Timerra- Builds bond level with the unit's Emblem (if any)
While equipped:
- Whenever the equipping unit gains EXP from combat, Timerra also gains EXP based on her own internal level
Each extra point of Str on Timerra grants +1 Mt
Grants +5 Crit for each of Timerra's bond ranks with Sigurd
