I'll go more into their relationship later on dA when I have the time and energy.
Bscitiu goes on a lot of away missions, and he doesn't always wear a shirt, so he keeps his combadge and tricorder on his leg. I know he's not in proper uniform but neither were Troi or Seven. He also doesn't stand up as straight as Sheleth does.
